1990 American Silver Eagle Sales

The table below displays the US Mint’s 1990 Silver Eagle bullion sales figures.

In 1990, the United States Mint sold 7,247,000 ounces of silver. This was an increase of over one million ounces from the prior year. The silver value for the US bullion coins sold during 1990 was approximately $34,564,610 calculated based on the average monthly price of silver and the bullion coins sales for each month.

The sales figures represent monthly sales totals, which might include coins minted in different years. The US Mint separately produced and sold proof coins for collectors. Only bullion coin sales are included in the table below.
